PARASHA NOTZAVIM - YOU ARE STANDING

Parsha Nitzavim - You are standing
D’varim 29 :9 – 30 :20, YeshaYahu 60 :1-63 :9
Micah 7:18-20, Yo’El 2:15-27, Rom.10:1-13, Coloss.3:12-14

Moshe life’s end is coming closer and closer. As the faithful one of יהוה, Moshe admonish the children of Israel and tell them what will be even in the future not only for them but also with the coming generations in a far future. We should approach this “parsha” reading with an open mind, in order to see what Yehoshua’ s disciples the apostles say in their epistles. There is no change!
The Brit Chadasha (falsely call New Testament), the renewed (Chadasha) covenant (Brit) is not a separate teaching addressed to the “church” or to “Christians”. The “church system” didn’t exist in Yehoshua’s time, neither Christianity. Yehoshua came to restore the household of Ya’acov (Luke 1:33, Eph; 2: 11-21, Yochanan 10:16), not to build a new religion.
Elohim speaks first to those of the House of Ya’acov, Israel, and then to those who have joined themselves to the House of Israel and have become Israelite by faith (Eph. 2:19)
Eph 2:18 for through him (Yehoshua) we both (Yehuda and Ephraim that is the House of Israel) have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Eph 2:19 now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of YHWH;
Sha’ul write that once somebody as make “T”shuvah” (repentance) and believe in the Name of Yehoshua, according to the doctrine of salvation, he become a member of Israel and not of the “church which didn’t came into existence before Constantine in with the Council of Nicaea in 325 C.E.
As we read we go deeper in the Torah trying to see behind the letter. The “p’shat” level or literal make plain what happened to our forefathers. Disobedience is the roots of trouble, and punishment. In the Brit Chadasha the apostles expound the Torah in their “midrash” (teaching). If we study the Torah we will see it plainly. The mystery of the Torah or the “sod”, reveal the deeper meaning and mind of יהוה.

Deu 29:9 “Therefore you shall guard the words of this covenant, and do them, so that you prosper in all that you do.
To guard and to do: Ya’acov (James) write:
Jas 1:22 and become doers of the Word, and not hearers only,1 deceiving yourselves. Footnote: 1See Mt. 7:24-27, Lk. 6:46-49, Lk. 8:21, Rom. 2:13, Heb. 4:11, Rev. 22:14.

Mat 7:24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them, shall be like a wise man who built his house on the rock*,
Mat 7:25 and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
Mat 7:26 “And everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does not do them,1 shall be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand, Footnote: 1John 3:36.
Mat 7:27 and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat on that house, and it fell, and great was its fall.”
*Which “rock” does Yehoshua is speaking of?
Deu 32:3 because I will publish the name of YHWH: ascribe ye greatness unto our Elohim.
Deu 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: An El of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Deu 32:15 but Jeshurun (another name for Israel) waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook Eloah which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
Jeshurun: ישׁרוּן yeshûrûn yesh-oo-roon' The name come form the root “yashar”, upright, straight.

Luk 6:46 “But why do you call Me ‘Master, Master,’ and do not do what I say?
Luk 6:47 “Everyone who is coming to Me, and is hearing My words and is doing them, I shall show you whom he is like:
Luk 6:48 “He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock. And when a flood came, the stream burst against that house, but was unable to shake it, for it was founded on the rock.
Luk 6:49 “But the one hearing and not doing, is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream burst, and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”

Luk 8:21 and He (Yehoshua) answering, said to them, “My mother and My brothers are those who are hearing the Word of Elohim and doing it.”

Rom 2:13 For not the hearers of the Torah are righteous in the sight of Elohim, but the doers of the Torah1 shall be declared right

Rev 22:14 “Blessed are those1 doing His commands,2 so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city. Footnotes: 1See Mt. 19:17. 2Long before the books were compiled to form “The New Testament,” Rev. 22:14 was quoted, as it is here given, by Tertullian (CE 208), and by Cyprian (CE 251) – see the well-known Antenicene Fathers.
Mat 19:17 And He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good except One – Elohim. But if you wish to enter into life, guard the commands.”

We see here in this few words that the teaching from Yehoshua and the apostle didn’t depart from encouraging the people to follow the Torah, a perquisite to enter the Kingdom of Elohim. Where is the change today, if any? Only rebellious children will reject the Torah and deceive themselves. The doctrine has been changed with the coming of the so called “church fathers” bringing the doctrine of the trinity like Justin Martyr in 150 C.E., Origen and Tertullian in 190-200 C.E.
It is Tertullian who adapted the pagan name “Trinitas”, both developed two different doctrines of the “trinity concept”. Origen developed the eastern one, follow by Greek orthodox and Tertullian; the one followed by the Romans Catholics.
Today among Christianity, rebellion is rampant and you will have a hard time if you try to convince one of them to follow the Torah, they will accuse you of legalism, trying to make yourselves right before “G-d” by works.
Here we read a clear statement from our Master:
Joh 6:44 no man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Is not given to man to repent, but to the Father of all spirits to draw one to Messiah Yehoshua!
Joh 6:65 and he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
Religion does not bring one to the truth, but genuine repentance, because יהוה look at the heart of man.
Jer 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Jer 17:10 I YHWH search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Psa 34:18 YHWH is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Religion like Christianity is a man made tradition, mixed with pagan belief, used by יהוה until the time of restoration of all things draw near. יהוה during centuries has keep a remnant for himself, hid from the world in order to be preserved from destruction. Unlike our brethren from Yehudah “Jews” who were kept by the Torah and confronted with chastisement and punishment in order to bring a remnant to Yehoshua, what we can see today all around the world.
Hidden among Christianity, you will ask Brother Daniel are you serious? I will answer with Yehoshua own words:
Mat 13:24 another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
Mat 13:25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Mat 13:26 but when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
Mat 13:27 so the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
Mat 13:28 He said unto them, an enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
Mat 13:29 but he said, nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Mat 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Yehoshua gave also the understanding of this parable so that can see clearly who the tares are:
Mat 13:36 then Yehoshua sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
Mat 13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man (Yeshua);
Mat 13:38 The field is the world (Christianity); the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Mat 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil (HaStan in Hebrew); the harvest is the end of the world (that is to say in our days); and the reapers are the angels.
Mat 13:40 as therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity (iniquity is transgression of the Torah);
Mat 13:42 and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Is not HaSatan who has given power the Catholic Church to spread his doctrine all over the world, and planted the tares in the field?
In order to get the full meaning of this parable we must understand what is a tare also call darnel
The ISBE (International Standard Bible Encyclopedia) gives us following description:
Tares
târz (ζιζάνια, zizánia (Mat_13:25 ff), margin “darnel”): Zizania is equivalent to Arabic zuwān, the name given to several varieties of darnel of which Lolium temulentum, the “bearded darnel,” is the one most resembling wheat, and has been supposed to be degenerated wheat. On the near approach of harvest it is carefully weeded out from among the wheat by the women and children. Zuwān is commonly used as chickens' food; it is not poisonous to human beings unless infected with the mold ergot.
The “most resembling wheat, supposed to be degenerated wheat”! What a better description could our Master had used to describe the true believers and those fake “Christians” who reject the Torah having their mind sealed to destruction. Do not think that I am high minded, for I remember where יהוה took me from. Repentance is open to every one until the “fullness of the nations has come in” (Romans 10:25, Luke 21:24), a day that is now almost there.

Deu 29:10 “All of you are standing today before יהוה your Elohim: your leaders, your tribes, your elders and your officers, all the men of Yisra’ĕl,
Deu 29:11 your little ones, your wives, and your sojourner who is in the midst of your camp, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water,
Deu 29:12 so that you should enter into covenant with יהוה your Elohim, and into His oath, which יהוה your Elohim makes with you today,
Deu 29:13 in order to establish you today as a people for Himself, and He Himself be your Elohim, as He has spoken to you, and as He has sworn to your fathers, to Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Yaʽaqoḇ.
Deu 29:14 “And not with you alone I am making this covenant and this oath,
Deu 29:15 but with him who stands here with us today before יהוה our Elohim, as well as with him who is not here with us today.
Verses 10-15: The covenant is established with all present at this time and is bounding to all, leaders, elders, officers all the men of Israel, children, wives, sojourner (stranger).
We read many times that Moshes tells the children of Israel that the strangers or sojourner will have the same right and must also keep the same Torah.
Sh’mot 12:19, 12:48-49,
Exo 12:49 “There is one Torah for the native-born and for the stranger who sojourns among you.”
Verse 13, we read what Kefa and Yochanan write:
1Pe 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a set-apart nation, a people for a possession, that you should proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light,
1Pe 2:10 who once were not a people (Hosea 1:9), but now the people of Elohim; who had not obtained compassion, but now obtained compassion.
1Jn 3:2 Beloved ones, now we are children of Elohim…(Hosea 1:10)……
This is what Yehoshua brought to us when he redeemed us by paying the price for our transgression of the Torah.
Verses 14-15:
The proclamation for those who are not there today is for us those who enter the covenant following Yehoshua Messiah.
Act 2:39 “For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as יהוה our Elohim shall call.”
Joh 17:20 “And I do not pray for these alone, but also for those believing in Me through their word,
Joh 10:16 and other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
Which fold the sheep do not belong too? That is Ephraim, the House of Ysrael At this time the House of Yehudah and the House of Israel, Ephraim were already separate since more than 700 years.

Deu 29:16 “For you know how we dwelt in the land of Mitsrayim and how we passed through the nations which you passed through,
Deu 29:17 and you saw their abominations and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were with them,
Deu 29:18 lest there should be among you a man or woman or clan or tribe, whose heart turns away today from יהוה our Elohim, to go and serve the mighty ones of these nations, lest there should be among you a root bearing bitterness or wormwood.
The heart is the place of deception.
Jer 17:9 “The heart is crooked1 above all, and desperately sick – who shall know it? Footnote: 1See 7:24, 16:12, 18:12, 23:17.
Jer 17:10 “I, יהוה, search the heart, I try the kidneys(read: figuratively the mind, the inner self), and give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.

Deu 29:19 “And it shall be, when he hears the words of this curse, that he should bless himself in his heart, saying, ‘I have peace though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart,’ in order to add drunkenness to thirst.

Even today there are people who boast themselves to be secured and curse Elohim. They are fools who do not even fear the judgment because their heart is closed to the truth. Rich or poor, in both groups we find people rejecting the truth been entangle in the stubbornness of their heart. I repeat: stubbornness of their heart. Not because they don’t understand, not because they have not heard, but the Torah says clearly, the stubbornness of their heart.
When we speak to people we should pray to our heavenly father to open the heart of the people and enable them to receive the truth. Yehoshua says: no man can come to the Father if He doesn’t draw him!
Deu 29:20 יהוה would not forgive him, but rather, the displeasure of יהוה and His jealousy shall burn against that man, and every curse that is written in this book shall settle on him, and יהוה shall blot out his name from under the heavens.
To blot out his name from under the heavens means no more salvation. The curse is the opposite of blessing; both are bound to the Torah. Don’t make merchandise of blessings as the Christians do: “you pay your tithe, G-d will bless you; you have shortage, because you don’t pay your tithe. In the “midrash” on “tithe”, I explain the purpose of giving tithe, which is not what we have heard in Christianity. A Pastor who is not a Levite and reject the Torah, how can he pretend to receive tithe?
יהוה is a jealous Eloha. Sh’mot 20:5; a godly jealousy, he loves His people and do not want them to be destroyed.
Deu 29:21 “And יהוה shall separate him for evil, out of all the tribes of Yisra’ĕl, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this Book of the Torah.

One of the countries I spent many years, is the Philippines a country filled with idolatry especially in the worship of “Mary” and the “saints”. There I have seen what the curses for Idolatry and rejecting the truth, brings upon people. If you talk with many people, they will tell you that they are poor and accept their conditions as a fatality. When you tell them to turn back from their idolatry, to follow the truth, most of them do not want. I remember a farmer I visited with my wife and spent time with the family during month to teach them during many Shabbat. They were plagued in their rice field in spite of putting every years a lot of additional fertilizer. I explain him that fertilizer wouldn’t help, because the fertilizer will not bring what they expected. This is deception from HaSatan: “you can keep sinning just put fertilizer and you will have a good harvest”. Sin is the cause of the misery and curse. I told him to start to keep the Torah by hallowing the Shabbat with his family, only the father, brother Naro had turned to the Torah and came to our house to keep Shabbat and the feast. We started Shabbat and he stopped to put fertilizer in one rice field. At the harvest, the field without fertilizer had brought like the other field. Unfortunately, later they went back to their tradition and fertilizer!
You can watch all over the world and see what Idolatry has cause among nations. I have seen in many Asian countries Laos, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and other countries in South America , Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, only to name few of them, all with different form of idolatry and none of those countries escape plagues. It is amazing that for some of them, they believe on One “G-d” but beside it they worship other “under g-d” according to their traditions. In Africa it goes even more critical as many countries practice woodo the worship of the forces of darkness.
Deu 29:22And the generation to come of your children who rise up after you, and the foreigner who comes from a far land, shall say when they see the plagues of that land and the sicknesses which יהוה has sent into it:
Deu 29:23 ‘All its land is sulphur, salt, and burning; it is not sown, nor does it bear, nor does any grass grow there, like the overthrow of Seḏom and Amorah (Gomorah), Aḏmah and Tseḇoyim, which יהוה overthrew in His displeasure and His wrath.
Deu 29:24 “And all nations shall say, ‘Why has יהוה done so to this land? What does the heat of this great displeasure mean?’
Deu 29:25 “And it shall be said, ‘Because they have forsaken the covenant of יהוה Elohim of their fathers, which He made with them when He brought them out of the land of Mitsrayim.
Deu 29:26 ‘And they went and served other mighty ones and bowed themselves to them, mighty ones that they did not know and that He had not given to them,
Deu 29:27 therefore the displeasure of יהוה burned against this land, to bring on it every curse that is written in this book.
Deu 29:28And יהוה uprooted them from their land in displeasure, and in wrath, and in great rage, and cast them into another land, as it is today.’
1Ki 9:4 “And you, if you (Sh’lomo) walk before Me as your father Dawiḏ walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, if you guard My laws and My right-rulings,
1Ki 9:5 then I shall establish the throne of your reign over Yisra’ĕl forever, as I promised Dawiḏ your father, saying, ‘There is not to cease a man of yours on the throne of Yisra’ĕl.’
1Ki 9:6If you at all turn back, you or your sons, from following Me, and do not guard My commands, My laws, which I have set before you, but shall go and serve other mighty ones and bow yourselves to them,
1Ki 9:7 then I shall cut off Yisra’ĕl from the face of the soil which I have given them, and send away from My presence this house which I have set apart for My Name. And Yisra’ĕl* shall be a proverb and a mockery among all the peoples.
*At this time Israel was still compose of the twelve tribes the separation will come after the reign of Sh’lomo.
1Ki 9:8 “And this house, which has been exalted, everyone who passes by it shall be astonished, and hiss, and say, ‘Why has יהוה done thus to this land and to this house?’
1Ki 9:9 “Then they shall say, ‘Because they have forsaken יהוה their Elohim, who brought their fathers out of the land of Mitsrayim, and they embraced other mighty ones, and bowed themselves to them and served them. That is why יהוה has brought all this evil on them.’ ”
We know that after Sh’lomo’s reigns the Kingdom has been parted into two Kingdoms, the Kingdom of the North, called the House of Israel or Ephraim and the Kingdom of the south called the Kingdom of Yehuda (Jews). Until today, both Kingdom are separated and will be joined again together at the second advent of Messiah, may it be soon and in our days.

Jer 22:7 “And I shall prepare destroyers against you, each with his weapons. And they shall cut down your choice cedars (proud men) and throw them into the fire.
Jer 22:8 “And many gentiles (goy, nations) shall pass by this city, and they shall say to one another, ‘Why has יהוה done so to this great city?’
Jer 22:9 “Then they shall say, ‘Because they have forsaken the covenant of יהוה their Elohim, and bowed themselves to other mighty ones and served them.’ ”
Jeremiah was called by YHWH to the office of a prophet while still a youth (Jer_1:6) about 20 years of age, in the 13th year of King Josiah (Jer_1:2; Jer_25:3), in the year 627 bc, and was active in this capacity from this time on to the destruction of Jerusalem, 586 bc, under kings Josiah, Jehoahaz, Jehoiakim, Jehoiachin, and Zedekiah (ISBE).
Yrmeyahu (Jeremiah) spoke more than 880 years after Moshe brought the Children of Israel
in the wilderness around 1513 C.E; and more than 370 years after the division of the two Kingdoms, Yehudah the southern Kingdom and the House of Israel, Ephraim the northern Kingdom.
Deu 29:29 “The secret matters belong to יהוה our Elohim, but what is revealed belongs to us and to our children forever, to do all the Words of this Torah.
Not so has some have supposed and many times falsely quote, the meaning here is clear what is revealed means the Torah, and “secrets matters” means things which are hidden.
The Word “secret matters” is the Hebrew word:
Strong’s# H5641 סתר  sâthar saw-thar'
A primitive root; to hide (by covering), literally or figuratively: - be absent, keep close, conceal, hide (self), (keep) secret, X surely.
The “secret matters” are for those who follow יהוה and Yehoshua:
Psa 25:14 The secret (sod) of YHWH is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
Mar 4:11 and He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the secret of the reign of Elohim, but to those who are outside, all are done in parables,

Deu 30:1 “And it shall be, when all these words come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you shall bring them back to your heart among all the gentiles (nations) where יהוה your Elohim drives you,
Deu 30:2 and shall turn back to יהוה your Elohim and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your being, you and your children,

Let us not forget that, “Ideal repentance is motivated by the desire to return to [Elohim], not because one seeks to rid oneself of suffering, and benefit from Divine blessings” (ArtScroll Stone Edition Chumash p, 1091).
Moshe say clearly that it will happen when first all blessing and curses have come upon his children and their descendants have been scattered among the nations, that they shall “turn back” and “obey with all their heart with all their being” than, and only than יהוה will turn back the captivity and gather the remnant from all the people where He has scattered them!
The idea here from returning is describe using the Hebrew word “shub” the root word from שׁוּבה shûbâh shoo-baw' From “shub” H7725; a return: - returning, and from whence we have the Hebrew “t’shubah”, to make repentance, to “turn back” with all our heart to obey יהוה with all our heart and all our being. This is what Yehoshua was saying “if you love me keep my commandments (Yoch/John: 14:15).
Once again it is amazing to see how many people have proclaimed their “repentance” and still disobey the Torah, even among messianic who proclaim the Torah but make their own rules, others like in Christianity calling the keeping of the Torah “a curse” misquoting Sha’ul word in Galatians:
Gal 3:13 The Messiah hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
What they miss here is that it is not the Torah that is “cursed” but the rejecting of the Torah to obey man made rules (Pharisaic oral laws) that brought the curse.
As I explained in another “parsha” Yehoshua was not cursed because he never sinned and therefore was not “cursed” much more he was like the “scapegoat” during Yom Kippur (see the midarsh Yom Kippur) loaded with our sins (Yeshayahu 53:6)and thus spared us of the consequences of our sin according to the Torah by making “t’shubah” returning to the intended way, the “Torah of Liberty” (Ya’acov/James 1:25) and receiving compassion and salvation.
Isa 53:6  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and YHWH hath laid on him the iniquity (sins, transgression of the Torah) of us all.
If no enough with this verse, Christians will try to get you with this other one from the same Epistle:
Gal 3:10 for as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
“For” a conjunction particle indicating the indirect object of the act and final cause of what was done “work of the Torah”. Unfortunately Christians and also other groups forget to see that the all Epistle to the Galatians is written in the main part to explain the Justification by faith” as it was with Abraham.
Gal 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth (Torah), before whose eyes Yehoshua the Messiah hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
Gal 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law*, or by the hearing of faith?
Gal 3:3 are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh*?
*”works of the laws” Hebrew MaHasion HaTorah
Mat 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of Elohim by your tradition?
Tradition: “Takanot”a list of laws according to Judaism (Avi Mordechai, Millennium 2000)
* “perfect by the flesh”, trying to become perfect after the rules and laws “takanot” of men. At this time the rules of the Pharisee, today the Rabies and the Talmud.

Deu 30:3 then יהוה your Elohim shall turn back your captivity, and shall have compassion on you, and He shall turn back and gather you from all the peoples where יהוה your Elohim has scattered you.
Verses 1-3
יהוה promises are always with mercy the opposite of judgment. This is the promise יהוה did in Vayyqra 26:40-42:
Lev 26:40 ‘But if they confess their crookedness and the crookedness of their fathers, with their trespass in which they trespassed against Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me,
Lev 26:41 and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies – if their uncircumcised heart is then humbled, and they accept the punishment of their crookedness,
Lev 26:42 then I shall remember My covenant with Yaʽaqoḇ, and also My covenant with Yitsḥaq, and also remember My covenant with Aḇraham, and remember the land.
Lev 26:44 ‘and yet for all this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I shall not reject them, nor shall I loathe them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them. for I am יהוה their Elohim.
Ya’cov/James speaks also from יהוה mercy
Jas 2:13 for the judgment is without compassion to the one who has shown no compassion. and compassion boasts (prevail) over judgment. (Scriptures 1998)
Jas 2:13 for he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment (RNKJV)
All the prophets and the Apostles have spoken of the mercy in the restoration of YHWH’s people:
Isa 14:1 because יהוה has compassion on Yaʽaqoḇ, and shall again choose Yisra’ĕl1, and give them rest in their own land. And the strangers shall join them, and they shall cling to the house of Yaʽaqoḇ2. Footnotes: 1See 45:17, Jer. 30:11, Jer. 46:28, Dan. 2:44, Amos 9:8, Zech. 1:16-17, Zech. 2:10-12, Joel 3:16. 2See 56:6-8 & 60:3, Amos 9:12, Zech. 2:11, Zech. 8:23, Rom. 11:17-24, Rev. 21:24.
Isa 45:17 Yisra’ĕl shall be saved by יהוה with an everlasting deliverance. You are not to be ashamed nor hurt, forever and ever.
The word “again” in the verse 16 is often written “yet” as we can read in
Isa 14:1 for יהוה will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.
Yet: Strong’s # H5750 עוד  ‛ôd  ode,
From H5749; properly iteration or continuance; used only adverbially (with or without preposition), again, repeatedly, still, more: - again, X all life long, at all, besides, but, else, further (-more), henceforth, (any) longer, (any) more (-over), X once, since, (be) still, when, (good, the) while (having being), (as, because, whether, while) yet (within).
It is of importance, because it is conform to the future action of the “Brit Chadasha” i.e. Renew Covenant and not “New Testament” as many denomination all around the world promote.

Jer 30:11 ‘For I am with you,’ declares יהוה, ‘to save you. Though I make a complete end of all gentiles1 (nations) where I have scattered you, yet I do not make a complete end of you. But I shall reprove you in judgment, and by no means leave you unpunished.’
Jer 46:28 “Do not fear, O Yaʽaqoḇ My servant,” declares יהוה, “for I am with you. Though I make a complete end of all the gentiles (nations) to which I have driven you, yet I do not make a complete end of you1. But I shall reprove you in right-ruling, and by no means leave you unpunished.”
Dan 2:44 “And in the days of these sovereigns the Elah (singular of Elohim) of the heavens shall set up a reign which shall never be destroyed, nor the reign pass on to other people – it crushes and puts to an end all these reigns, and it shall stand forever1.
Amo 9:8 “Look, the eyes of the Master יהוה are on the sinful reign1, and I shall destroy it from the face of the earth, except that, I do not completely destroy the house of Yaʽaqoḇ,” declares יהוה.
Zec 2:11 “And many gentiles (nations) shall be joined to יהוה in that day1, and they shall become My people. And I shall dwell in your midst. And you shall know that יהוה of hosts has sent Me to you.
Zec 8:23 “Thus said יהוה of hosts, ‘In those days ten men from all languages of the nations take hold, yea, they shall take hold of the edge of the garment of a man, a Yehuḏite1, saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.”
Rom 11:17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree,(Ephraim) have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree,
Rom 11:18 do not boast against the branches (Yehudin). And if you boast, remember: you do not bear the root, but the root(Yehoshua) bears you!
Rom 11:19 You shall say then, “The branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.”
Rom 11:20 Good! By unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by belief. Do not be arrogant, but fear.
Rom 11:21 for if Elohim did not spare the natural branches,(Yehudin) He might not spare you either.
Rom 11:22 See then the kindness and sharpness of Elohim: on those who fell sharpness, but toward you kindness, if you continue in His kindness, otherwise you also shall be cut off.
Rom 11:23 and they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, shall be grafted in, for Elohim is able to graft them in again.
Rom 11:24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree, how much more shall these who are the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
Rev 21:24 And the gentiles,(nations) of those who are saved, shall walk in its light,1 and the sovereigns of the earth bring their esteem into it.
Commentary from Lawrence Nathan (Hoshanna Rabba)
Scripture records that the House of Israel (Ephraim) would be scattered over the face of the whole earth (Ezek. 34:6,12; 36:19; 37:21; John 11:52). Deuteronomy 32:26 says, “I said, I would scatter them into the corners …” The ArtScroll Stone Edition Chumash comments, “This refers to the exile of the Ten Tribes, who were scattered to an unknown place where they have never been heard from again. On the phrase of the same verse, “I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men. …” the same Chumash states, “This is a reference to the exile of Judah and Benjamin, the Davidic kingdom from which today’s known Jews are descended.” It goes on to say that though nations would seek to destroy Israel entirely YHVH would never allow Israel to become extinct or disappear. Israel’s perpetual existence is constant reminder of YHVH’s plan and eventually Israel will thrive and fulfil YHVH’s intention for it” (pp. 1105-1106). Rabbi Hirsch in his commentary on the Pentateuch on the same verse translates the phrase, “I would scatter them into the corners …” as, “I would relegate them into a corner …,” and then says that the Hebrew here refers to the “extreme end of a surface, the side or corner ….” He, too, relates this fate to the Ten Tribes who would be scattered “to some distant corner of the world, where, left entirely to themselves, they could mature towards serious reflection and ultimate return to Me …” (p. 650). Some in the Messianic movement deny that these passages pertain to the ten tribes of the Northern Kingdom of Israel and instead insist that they are speaking about Judah only. They insist that the return of the Jews to the land of Israel starting in 1948 is the fulfilment of these prophesies and the ten tribes of Israel are lost forever. Who is right? The Messianics who want to keep the Jew-Gentile middle wall of partition up or Scripture (and the Jewish rabbis who agree with Scripture) which states again and again that the ten tribes are returning at the end of the age as part of the Final Redemption to be reunited with the Jews under the reign of Messiah Son of David (Ezek. 37:15-28)?
For those who still have doubt concerning of the validity of יהוה mighty plan concerning all Israel, or the twelve tribes, the House of Ya’acov, we find something beautiful in the book of the prophet Yrmeyahu (Jeremiah):
Jer 31:35 Thus saith YHWH, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; YHWH of hosts is his name:
Jer 31:36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith YHWH, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
Do we still see have the sun, the moon, and the stars? I guess the answer is obvious, so it is also with Israel, it is still to be a nation before יהוה!
Yrmeyahu goes on and say:
Jer 31:37 Thus saith יהוה; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith יהוה.
Again, today in spite of all modern instruments to measure no man was able to give record of the heaven seize!

Deu 30:4If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under the heavens, from there יהוה your Elohim does gather you, and from there He does take you.
Deu 30:5 “And יהוה your Elohim shall bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it. And He shall do good to you, and increase you more than your fathers.
Deu 30:6 “And יהוה your Elohim shall circumcise your heart and the heart of your seed, to love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your being, so that you might live,
The prophet YrmeYahu speaks of the time when YHWH will change the stony heart of the people into a heart of flesh. This mean when the Ruach HaQodesh will come through Yehoshua Messiah, the time for the ingathering will also come soon and I am persuaded that for many of us, they will not taste death, as the last generation will witness the return of our Master Yehoshua Messiah when he will come to establish יהוה Kingdom on earth.
Jer 31:31 “See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a “new covenant” with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah1, Footnote: 1See Heb. 8:8-12, Heb. 10:16-17.
Let us look at the words “new covenant” in the Hebrew and catch the full meaning of יהוה thoughts:
New: Strong’s # H2319 חדשׁ châdâsh
khaw-dawsh' From H2318; new: - fresh, new thing.
H2318 châdash khaw-dash' A primitive root; to be new; causatively to rebuild: - renew, repair.
Covenant: Strong’s # H1285 בּרית berı̂yth ber-eeth'
From H1262 (in the sense of cutting (like H1254)); a compact (because made by passing between pieces of flesh): - confederacy, [con-]feder[-ate], covenant, league.
There can be no more doubt as we see the Hebrew words Chadasha Briyth or as we are use to say “Brit Chadashah”
So it is clear that today we don’t have a “New covenant” in the sense of something fully “new” but something that was broken and has been renewed”!
The difference with the covenant under Moshe and the covenant which came with Yehoshua Messiah lies in the fact that the first was written on tablets of stone representing the attitude of the heart of our ancestors (unbelief) and the second covenant which came with Yehoshua Messiah is written in our heart by Faith by the “Ruach HaQodesh” (Set Apart Spirit)!
Jer 31:32 not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה.
Jer 31:33 “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.
Eze 36:24 “And I shall take you from among the gentiles, and I shall gather you out of all lands, and I shall bring you into your own land.
Eze 36:25 “And I shall sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean – from all your filthiness and from all your idols I cleanse you.
Eze 36:26 “And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh,
Eze 36:27 and put My Spirit within you1. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them.
Unless we receive the new heart by the regeneration of the Ruach, we cannot follow the Torah! It is why we see people rejecting the Torah today, the old man in unregenerate therefore cannot obey יהוה
Rom 8:5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the matters of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the matters of the Spirit.
Rom 8:7 Because the mind of the flesh is enmity towards Elohim, for it does not subject itself1 to the Torah of Elohim2, neither indeed is it able,
Rom 8:9 but you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of Elohim dwells in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His.

We see clearly that to obey is to follow the Torah. Now can we explain why Christians reject the Torah, and live after the flesh, feeling?
The Ruach (Set Apart Spirit) is gentle and lead a sincere believer into all truth:
Joh 16:13 “But when He comes, the Spirit of the Truth, He shall guide you into all the truth. For He shall not speak from Himself, but whatever He hears He shall speak, and He shall announce to you what is to come.

Deu 30:7 and יהוה your Elohim shall put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you, who persecuted you.
Deu 30:8 “And you shall turn back and obey the voice of יהוה and do all His commands which I command you today.
To turn back is the word: Strong’s # 7725  שׁוּבshûb shoob Shin, vav, beth.
A primitive root; to turn back (hence, away) transitively or intransitively, literally or figuratively (not necessarily with the idea of return to the starting point); generally to retreat; often adverbially again: -  ([break, build, circumcise, dig, do anything, do evil, feed, lay down, lie down, lodge, make, rejoice, send, take, weep]) X again, (cause to) answer (+ again), X in any case (wise), X at all, averse, bring (again, back, home again), call [to mind], carry again (back), cease, X certainly, come again (back) X consider, + continually, convert, deliver (again), + deny, draw back, fetch home again, X fro, get [oneself] (back) again, X give (again), go again (back, home), [go] out, hinder, let, [see] more, X needs, be past, X pay, pervert, pull in again, put (again, up again), recall, recompense, recover, refresh, relieve, render (again), X repent, requite, rescue, restore, retrieve, (cause to, make to) return, reverse, reward, + say nay, send back, set again, slide back, still, X surely, take back (off), (cause to, make to) turn (again, self again, away, back, back again, backward, from, off), withdraw.

If we surch the Hebrew word for “repentance” we will find:
Strong’s word: 7725 Shub shin, beth. This is the same word. To repent is the action to turn back to the Torah. This what Yochanan the immerser, Yehoshua and the apostle were telling the people: “turn back to the Torah” in order to be accepted by Elohim!
Mat 3:1 and in those days Yoḥanan the Immerser came proclaiming in the wilderness of Yehuḏah,
Mat 3:2 and saying, “Repent, for the reign of the heavens has come near!”
Mat 4:17 From that time יהושע began to proclaim and to say, “Repent, for the reign of the heavens has drawn near.”
Act 2:36 “Therefore let all the house of Yisra’ĕl know for certain that Elohim has made this יהושע, whom you impaled, both Master and Messiah.”
Act 2:37 and having heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Kĕpha and the rest of the emissaries, “Men, brothers, what shall we do?”
Act 2:38 and Kĕpha said to them, “Repent, and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of יהושע Messiah for the forgiveness of sins.1 and you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Spirit.
We see the action to repent (to turn back to the Torah) for the forgiveness of sins. Sin been the transgression of the Torah (Yocha.3:5) is together with the action of been immerse in the Name for the forgiveness of sins! Have you been “immersed” in the Name of Yehoshua Messiah, If not think about it, as Yehoshua himself having NO sin, was immersed by Yochanan in order to fulfill all righteousness:
Mat 3:13 then יהושע came from Galil to Yoḥanan at the Yardĕn to be immersed by him.
Mat 3:14 But Yoḥanan was hindering Him, saying, “I need to be immersed by You, and You come to me?”
Mat 3:15 but יהושע answering, said to him, “Permit it now, for thus it is fitting for us to fill all righteousness.” Then he permitted Him.

Deu 30:9 “And יהוה your Elohim shall make you have excess in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground for good. For יהוה turns back to rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers,
Deu 30:10 if you obey the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard His commands and His laws which are written in this Book of the Torah, if you turn back to יהוה your Elohim with all your heart and with all your being.
Verse 9-10: Curses are turned unto blessing through obedience to the Torah

Deu 30:11 “For this command which I am commanding you today, it is not too hard for you, nor is it far off.
Deu 30:12 “It is not in the heavens, to say, ‘Who shall ascend into the heavens for us, and bring it to us, and cause us to hear it, so that we do it?’
Deu 30:13 “Nor is it beyond the sea, to say, ‘Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it to us, and cause us to hear it, so that we do it?’
Deu 30:14 “For the Word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart – to do it.
Deu 30:15 “See, I have set before you today life and good, and death and evil,
Verses 11-15. Apostle Sha’ul uses these verses when writing to the Romans, speaking of the salvation of some of the brethren who were still under the letter of the Torah. All is in Messiah who is the goal of the Torah and not the end as it is written in the King James Version:
Rom 10:1 Truly brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to Elohim for Yisra’ĕl is for deliverance.
Rom 10:2 for I bear them witness that they have an ardour for Elohim, but not according to knowledge.
Rom 10:3 for not knowing the righteousness of Elohim, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not subject themselves to1 the righteousness of Elohim. Footnote: 1Or did not obey.
Rom 10:4 For Messiah is the goal1 of the ‘Torah unto righteousness’to everyone who believes. Footnote: 1Or end purpose; not termination.
Rom 10:5 For Mosheh writes about the righteousness which is of the Torah, “The man who does these shall live by them.”
Rom 10:6 But the righteousness of belief speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who shall ascend into the heavens?’ ” – that is, to bring Messiah down; or,
Rom 10:7 “Who shall descend into the abyss?’ ” – that is, to bring Messiah up from the dead.
Rom 10:8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” – that is, the word of belief which we are proclaiming:
Rom 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth the Master יהושע and believe in your heart that Elohim has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Rom 10:10 for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, and so is saved.
The righteousness which is of the Torah (verse 5). We read what YeshaYahu (Isaiah) write:
Isa 51:7 “Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, a people in whose heart is My Torah: do not fear the reproach of men, nor be afraid of their revilings.
Life and good, death and evil, (verse15) is what Moshe old the children of Israel (carnal man) in:
Deu 11:26 ‘See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:
Deu 11:27 the blessing, when you obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I command you today;
Deu 11:28 and the curse, if you do not obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other mighty ones which you have not known.

Deu 30:16 in that I am commanding you today to love יהוה your Elohim, to walk in His ways, and to guard His commands, and His laws, and His right-rulings. And you shall live and increase, and יהוה your Elohim shall bless you in the land which you go to possess.
Deu 30:17 “But if your heart turns away, and you do not obey, and shall be drawn away, and shall bow down to other mighty ones and serve them,
Deu 30:18 “I have declared to you today that you shall certainly perish, you shall not prolong your days in the land which you are passing over the Yardĕn to enter and possess.
Deu 30:19 “I have called the heavens and the earth as witnesses today against you: I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Therefore you shall choose life, so that you live, both you and your seed,
Deu 30:20 to love יהוה your Elohim, to obey His voice, and to cling to Him – for He is your life and the length of your days – to dwell in the land which יהוה swore to your fathers, to Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Yaʽaqoḇ, to give them.”

Verses 16-20 To call the heavens and the earth is to establish by two witnesses what has been said.
Deu 19:15 “One witness does not rise up against a man concerning any crookedness or any sin that he commits. At the mouth of two witnesses or at the mouth of three witnesses a matter is established.
Verse 20. Yehoshua says in Yocha. 14:15 If you love me keep my commandments.

Yochanan write also in 1st Yoch./John:
1Jn 2:3 and by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands.1 Footnote:
1Jn 5:3 for this is the love for Elohim, that we guard His commands,1 and His commands are not heavy, Footnote: 1See 5:2, 2 John v. 6, John 14:15.
1Jn 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of Elohim, when we love Elohim and guard His commands.

Parsha Vayelech

Deu 31:1 and Mosheh went and spoke these words to all Yisra’ĕl,
Deu 31:2 and he said to them, “I am one hundred and twenty years old today. I am no longer able to go out and come in. And יהוה has said to me, ‘You do not pass over this Yardĕn.’
Moshe tells the Children of Israel, his time is now fulfilled and they will see him no more. It is also an allegory referring to Noach in B’reshit chapter 6:
Gen 6:3 and יהוה said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever in his going astray. He is flesh, and his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
We have seen in the “parsah Noach” that יהוה was not speaking of the age of individuals on earth, because Moshe write:
Psa 90:1 A PrayerH8605 of MosesH4872 the manH376 of God.H430 יהוה,H136 thouH859 hast beenH1961 our dwelling placeH4583 in all generations.H1755 H1755
Psa 90:10 the days of our lives are seventy years; Or if due to strength, eighty years, Yet the best of them is but toil and exertion; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
The Hebrew word used in Noach’s text is Strong’s #H8141 שׁנה
shâneh shaw-neh',' (The first form being in plural only, the second form being feminine); from H8138; a year (as a revolution of time): -  + whole age, X long, + old, year (X -ly).
The understanding of it is together with the Yovel year (Jubilee) (120 X 50 the time of the Yovel brings us to 6000 years). After 120 Yovel the time of man under this form will be 6000 years. I know that some disagree with this statement because it is also say that the Yovel is weven time seven years and the fiftieth year is proclaims to be the Yovel year. If you can explain why then Moshe write in Psalm 90 that the days of man on earth are seventy or eighty, let me know!

Deu 31:3יהוה your Elohim Himself is passing over before you. He shall destroy these nations from before you and you possess them. Yehoshua himself is passing over before you, as יהוה has spoken.
“Yehoshua is passing before you”, the name in Hebrew is written יהושׁוּע exactly like the name of our master
Luk 1:31 “And see, you shall conceive in your womb, and shall give birth to a Son, and call His Name יהושע.1 Footnote: 1Mt. 1:21.
Why then is it that in the Tanak (O.T) we read Yohushua or Yehushua and we pronounce Yehoshua the name of our Master. The true is that “Yohushua” was an antitype of our Master when entering the Promise Land” he was foreshadowing what will be when our Master Yehoshua will bring us to our Land, once the spiritual Yericho will fall down.
Deu 31:4 “And יהוה shall do to them as He did to Siḥon and to Oḡ, the sovereigns of the Amorites and their land, when He destroyed them.
Deu 31:5 “And יהוה shall give them over to you, and you shall do to them according to all the command which I have commanded you.
Deu 31:6Be strong and courageous, do not fear nor be afraid of them. For it is יהוה your Elohim who is going with you. He does not fail you nor forsake you.”
This is called “Faith” “emunah” in Hebrew to trust
Deu 31:7 and Mosheh called Yehoshua and said to him before the eyes of all Yisra’ĕl, “Be strong and courageous, for you are going with this people to the land which יהוה has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you are to let them inherit it.
Deu 31:8 “And it is יהוה who is going before you, He Himself is with you. He does not fail you nor forsake you. Do not fear nor be discouraged.”
Moshe comfort Yohushua and tells him that יהוה is he who goes before him therefore he doesn’t have to worry. Yohushua was faithful to יהוה and Moshe all his life as was Yehoshua Messiah.
Deu 31:9 and Mosheh wrote this Torah and gave it to the priests, the sons of Lĕwi, who bore the ark of the covenant of יהוה, and to all the elders of Yisra’ĕl.
Deu 31:10 and Mosheh commanded them, saying, “At the end of seven years, at the appointed time, the year of release, at the Festival of Booths,
Deu 31:11 when all Yisra’ĕl comes to appear before יהוה your Elohim in the place which He chooses, read this Torah before all Yisra’ĕl in their hearing.
We have seen that the place which יהוה choose to put His Name is Yerushalayim:
1Ki 11:36 and unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there.
Deu 31:12 “Assemble the people, the men and the women and the little ones, and your sojourner who is within your gates, so that they hear, and so that they learn to fear יהוה your Elohim and guard to do all the Words of this Torah.
Deu 31:13And their children, who have not known it, should hear and learn to fear יהוה your Elohim as long as you live in the land you are passing over the Yardĕn to possess.”
To year and learn is part of the instruction to the children. How can a child learn if he doesn’t hear the Torah?
Deu 6:6 and these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
Deu 6:7 and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
Psa 111:10 The fear of YHWH is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Deu 31:14 and יהוה said to Mosheh, “See, the days have drawn near for you to die. Call Yehoshua, and present yourselves in the Tent of Meeting, so that I command him.” And Mosheh and Yehoshua went and presented themselves in the Tent of Meeting.
Deu 31:15 and יהוה appeared at the Tent in a column of a cloud, and the column of a cloud stood above the door of the Tent.
Deu 31:16 and יהוה said to Mosheh, “See, you are about to sleep with your fathers. and this people shall rise and whore after the mighty ones of the strangers of the land into the midst of which they shall enter, and forsake Me and break My covenant which I have made with them.
יהוה is already warning the Children of Israel (carnal man) about what they and their descendants will do in spite of His faithfulness to bring them to the promise Land. The forty years in the wilderness has brought nothing in the heart of the people, there is no change because of the hardness of their heart.
How is it today, do you think people all around the world, for many direct descendants from the House of Ya’acov have the same heart as their forefathers and their faith is in their statues, their idols, “Mary” and the “saints” in the Roman Catholic Church. I have met many of them with their statues in their house, but when it comes to trust יהוה they will tell you that you are out of mind. I met some few weeks ago for now we see in the TV almost every day warning against the “swine flu” the governments of the world are making campaign to vaccine the people in mass. They say that it is to “prevent” for a “pandemic”. In France the vaccine shall start midst October, they will all run to be the first. If you try to persuade them that it will not help and that this vaccine can be hazardous for their health they begin to insult you and tell you that you are insane sometime even becoming hysteric. I have been myself forbidden to enter a House if I refuse to be vaccine! Have you in your heart what יהוה says through the mouth of the psalmist:
Psa 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psa 91:2 I will say of YHWH, He is my refuge and my fortress: my Elohim; in him will I trust.
Psa 91:3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
Psa 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Psa 91:5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Psa 91:6 nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
Psa 91:7 a thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Psa 91:8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Psa 91:9 because thou hast made YHWH, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Psa 91:10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
Psa 91:11 for he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psa 91:12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
Psa 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
Psa 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
Psa 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
Are you dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, have you made Him your refuge, your fortress? If your answer is yes, then you don’t have to worry for plagues or pestilences because they will not come close to you, because the angels (messengers) of יהוה are in charge over you because you call upon His Name יהוה daily, in the morning (read psalm 100) when you get up, with praise in your lips, and before your go to sleep with singing in your heart, therefore he answer you in time of trouble and deliver you. Hallelu – Yah!
We should have this psalm in our heart, for when the storm comes, it is our “water of life”.
The world look for man medicine, but those who know יהוה will lift up their eyes unto him and trust in His word. For those walking in the steps of Messiah Yehoshua, they have no fear:

Deu 31:17 “Then My displeasure shall burn against them in that day, and I shall forsake them and hide My face from them, and they shall be consumed. And many evils and distresses shall come upon them, and it shall be said in that day, ‘Is it not because our Elohim is not in our midst that these evils have come upon us?’
The Yehudin, have suffered the last two thousand years because of יהוה wrath. Today it is very difficult to say anything concerning the suffering of our brethren from Yehuda “Jews” without been stamped to be “anti-Semite”. If you look carefully through the History you will see that during the last WWII more than two millions Yehudin (Jews) died in the Holocaust, that is fact, but nobody is revolted that more then fifty (50) millions people died throughout Europe in the same period! It amazes me, because who knows who these people were, who were their ancestors? Yes of course for our brethren they were marked as “Jews” an easy identifiable, but the others, French, Belgium, German or Polish, or even Russia or Danish and Schwedish or English, Slovaks or else, who care for their origins? And in Asia, those have suffered by the attacks from Japan like in the Philippines or other places, who cares?
יהוה cares for He is the one in control of the universe:
Psa 24:1 The earth is YHWH's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Yehoshua tells us:
Mat 10:29 are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.(intended “knowing it” as it has been add by Origen)
Luk 12:7 but even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

Deu 31:18 “And I shall certainly hide My face in that day, because of all the evil which they have done, for they shall turn to other mighty ones.
Deu 31:19 “And now write down this song for yourselves, and teach it to the children of Yisra’ĕl. Put it in their mouths, so that this song is to Me for a witness against the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Deu 31:20 “And I shall bring them to the land flowing with milk and honey, of which I swore to their fathers, and they shall eat and be satisfied and be fat, then they shall turn to other mighty ones, and they shall serve them, and scorn Me and break My covenant.
Deu 31:21 “And it shall be, when many evils and distresses come upon them, that this song shall answer before them as a witness. For it is not to be forgotten in the mouths of their seed, for I know their thoughts which they are forming today, even before I bring them to the land of which I swore to give them.”
Deu 31:22 and Mosheh wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the children of Yisra’ĕl.
Deu 31:23 and He commanded Yehoshua son of Nun, and said, “Be strong and courageous, for you are to bring the children of Yisra’ĕl into the land of which I swore to them, and I Myself am with you.”
Deu 31:24 and it came to be, when Mosheh had completed writing the Words of this Torah in a book, until their completion,
Deu 31:25 that Mosheh commanded the Lĕwites, who bore the ark of the covenant of יהוה, saying,
Deu 31:26 “Take this Book of the Torah, and you shall place it beside the ark of the covenant of יהוה your Elohim, and it shall be there as a witness against you,
The Ark contained the two tablets of stone (1 king 8:9), the writing was lay beside the ark in the Most Qadosh place to be witness.
We see here that there was no “New Testament”, beside the ark but the Torah of Moshe to be witness against the rebellion of the Children of Israel. We have seen also that יהוה intention was to “chadash”, renew the Covenant he did with the fathers to the Children by sending Yehoshua Messiah, why then the Torah should be abolish? No way has the same witness remains against those rejecting the truth;
Joh 5:45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust.
Joh 5:46 for had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.
How can Moshe accuse the people? The Torah he wrote stand against the people.
Act 26:22 Having therefore obtained help of YHWH, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

Deu 31:27 for I myself know your rebellion and your stiff neck. See, while I am still alive with you today, you have been rebellious against יהוה, then how much more after my death?
Deu 31:28 “Assemble unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, so that I speak these words in their hearing and call the heavens and the earth to witness against them.
Deu 31:29 “For I know that after my death you shall do very corruptly and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you. And evil shall come to you in the latter days, because you do what is evil in the eyes of יהוה, to provoke Him through the work of your hands.”
The latter days are know to be the time starting with the coming of Yehoshua:
Heb 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
2Pe 3:3 knowing this first: that mockers shall come in the last days with mocking, walking according to their own lusts,
2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
Hos 9:7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come;  Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for  the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.
Deu 31:30 so Mosheh spoke in the hearing of all the assembly of Yisra’ĕl the words of this song till their completion:

Haftorah

In the chapter 61 and 62, the prophet Yeshayahu (Jeremia) speaks of the future restoration of Israel with words full of joy, with promises of good life.
The chapter 63 speaks again of the punishment of those who disobey:

Isa 61:10 I greatly rejoice in יהוה, my being exults in my Elohim. For He has put garments of deliverance on me, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
Isa 61:11 for as the earth brings forth its bud, as the garden causes the seed to shoot up, so the Master יהוה causes righteousness and praise to shoot up before all the nations!

Isa 62:1 for Tsiyon’s sake I am not silent, and for Yerushalayim’s sake I do not rest, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her deliverance as a lamp that burns.
Isa 62:2 and the nations shall see your righteousness, and all sovereigns your esteem. And you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of יהוה designates.
Isa 62:3 and you shall be a crown of comeliness in the hand of יהוה, and a royal head-dress in the hand of your Elohim.
Isa 62:4 No longer are you called “Forsaken,” and no longer is your land called “Deserted.” But you shall be called “Ḥephtsiḇah,” (my delight) and your land “Married,” for יהוה shall delight in you, and your land be married.
Isa 62:5 for as a young man marries a maiden, so shall your sons marry you. And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your Elohim rejoice over you.
Isa 62:6 I have set watchmen on your walls, O Yerushalayim, all the day and all the night, continually, who are not silent. You who remember יהוה, give yourselves no rest,
Isa 62:7 and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Yerushalayim a praise in the earth.
Isa 62:8 יהוה has sworn by His right hand and by the arm of His strength, “No more do I give your grain to be food for your enemies, nor do sons of the foreigner drink your new wine, for which you have labored;
Isa 62:9 but those gathering it shall eat it, and praise יהוה. And those collecting it shall drink it in My set-apart courts.”
Isa 62:10 Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Lift up a banner for the peoples!

Banner: Strong’s #H5251 נס nês nace nun, samech
From H5264; a flag; also a sail; by implication a flagstaff; generally a signal; figuratively a token: - banner, pole, sail, (en-) sign, standard.
Lawrence Nathan gives following explanations:
Lift up a standard. The Hebrew word for standard is nec, pronounced nace (Strong’s H5251/TWOT 1379a) meaning signal pole, banner, ensign, sign or sail. According to The Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament, nec generally means a rallying point or standard, which drew people together for some common action or for the communication of important information. This usually happened at a high or conspicuous place within the camp or community. There, a signal pole, sometimes with an ensign attached, would be raised as a point of focus or object of hope. In Exodus 17:15, we discover that one of YHVH’s covenant names is YHVH-Nissi or YHVH Our Banner. Isaiah prophetically declares that Yeshua, the Root of Jesse, would be “an ensign to the nations” (Isa. 11:10)
Isa 11:10 and in that day there shall be the Root of Jesse standing for a banner of the people; to Him the nations shall seek; and His resting place shall be glorious.
signifying the lifting up of Israel’s messianic king around whom all men would gather (vol. 2, p. 583). In Isaiah 62:10–12, the prophet declares that a standard will be lifted up over the nations for the daughter of Zion (the land of Israel) signalling their return to Israel from the nations among which they have been scattered. What makes this end-time remnant of Israel holy (set-apart) and redeemed? What is this standard or rallying point that YHVH will lift up over the nations causing them to return to their land and spiritual roots? How is this being fulfilled today among YHVH’s people?
Isa 62:11 See, יהוה has proclaimed to the end of the earth: “Say to the daughter of Tsiyon, ‘See, your deliverance has come; see, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him.’ ”
Isa 62:12 and they shall be called, “The Set-apart People, the Redeemed of יהוה.” And you shall be called, “Sought Out, a City Not Forsaken.”

Isa 63:1 Who is this coming from Eḏom, with garments of glowing colours from Botsrah, who is robed in splendour, striding forward in the greatness of His strength? “It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”
Once again Lawrence Nathan gives an interesting insight.
Who is Edom? Both Christian and Jewish Bible commentators see this passage referring to YHVH avenging Israel of Edom’s perpetual hatred and persecution of Israel. The Jews relate Edom to not only the literal descendants of Esau, but use Edom as a metaphor for all those who have persecuted the Israelites down through the ages including the Babylonians, Greeks, Assyrians, Romans, and even the Germans. Relate this passage to the parallel passages in Revelation. Even as Esau and his small army stood blocking the way of Jacob’s return to the Promised Land in Genesis 32, so Edom will attempt to prevent Jacob’s descendants from doing the same in the end days. How is this being fulfilled in the land of Israel today? Who is attempting to thwart Israel’s every attempt to re-establish itself in its homeland today? Isaiah 63 shows us how YHVH will eventually deal with Edom for their antagonism against YHVH’s people. Other Scriptures that deal with Edom’s demise and punishment at YHVH’s hands because of their perpetual hatred for Israel include: Jeremiah 49:7–22; Ezekiel 25:12–14; 35 (entire chapter); 6:5 (where Idumea is another reference to Edom) Joel 3:19; Amos 1:6,9,11; 2:1; the entire Book of Obadiah, Malachi 1:4

Isa 63:2 Why is there red on Your raiment, and Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?
Isa 63:3 “I have trodden the winepress alone, and from the peoples no one was with Me. And I trod them down in My displeasure, and I trampled them in My wrath. Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments, and I have defiled all My raiment.
Isa 63:4 “For a day of vengeance is in My heart, and the year of My redeemed has come.
Isa 63:5 “And I looked, but there was none helping, and I was astonished that there was none upholding. So My own arm saved for Me, and My wrath upheld Me.
Isa 63:6 “And I trod down peoples in My displeasure, and made them drunk in My wrath, and brought down their strength to earth.”
Isa 63:7 Let me recount the kindnesses of יהוה and the praises of יהוה, according to all that יהוה has done for us, and the great goodness toward the house of Yisra’ĕl, which He has done for them according to His compassion, and according to His many kindnesses.
Isa 63:8 and He said, “They are My people, children who do not act falsely.” And He became their Saviour.
Isa 63:9 In all their distress He was distressed, and the Messenger of His Presence saved them. In His love and in His compassion He redeemed them, and He lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.
Matthew Henry comment this verses from chapter 63:1-9 as following and make the right connection with the vision from Yochanan in the book of Revelation.
Isa 63:1-6
The prophet, in vision, beholds the Messiah returning in triumph from the conquest of his enemies, of whom Edom was a type. Travelling, not as wearied by the combat, but, in the greatness of his strength, prepared to overcome every opposing power. Messiah declares that he had been treading the wine-press of the wrath of God, Rev_14:19; Rev_19:13, and by his own power, without any human help, he had crushed his obstinate opposers, for the day of vengeance was determined on, being the appointed season for rescuing his ekklesia. Once, he appeared on earth in apparent weakness, to pour out his precious blood as an atonement for our sins; but he will in due time appear in the greatness of his strength. The vintage ripens apace; the day of vengeance, fixed and determined on, approaches apace; let sinners seek to be reconciled to their righteous Judge, ere he brings down their strength to the earth. Does Messiah say, “I come quickly?” let our hearts reply, “Even so, come; let the year of the redeemed come.”
For better understanding on the Wine press during the punishment read the full chapter of Yo’el (Joel) 3.

Mic 7:18 Who is an Ěl like You – taking away crookedness and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance? He shall not retain His wrath forever, for He Himself delights in kindness.
Mic 7:19 He shall turn back, He shall have compassion on us, He shall trample upon our crookednesses! And You throw all our sins into the depths of the sea!
Mic 7:20 You give truth to Yaʽaqoḇ, kindness to Aḇraham, which You swore to our fathers from the days of old!

Joe 2:15 Blow a ram’s horn in Tsiyon, set apart a fast, call an assembly.
Joe 2:16 Gather the people, set the assembly apart, assemble the elders, gather the children and nursing babes. Let a bridegroom come out from his room, and a bride from her dressing room.
Joe 2:17 Let the priests, servants of יהוה, weep between the porch and the altar. And let them say, “Spare Your people, O יהוה, and do not give Your inheritance to reproach, for the gentiles to rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their Elohim?’ ”
Joe 2:18 and let יהוה be jealous for His land, and spare His people.
Joe 2:19 and let יהוה answer and say to His people, “See, I am sending you the grain and the new wine and the oil, and you shall be satisfied by them. And no longer do I make you a reproach among the gentiles.
Joe 2:20 “And the Northerner I shall remove far from you, and drive him away into a dry and deserted land, with his face toward the eastern sea and his rear toward the western sea. And his stench shall come up and his smell rise, for he has done greatly.”
Joe 2:21 Do not fear, O soil, be glad and rejoice, for יהוה has done greatly!
Joe 2:22 Do not fear, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness shall spring forth, and the tree shall bear its fruit, the fig tree and the vine shall yield their strength.
Joe 2:23 and you children of Tsiyon, be glad and rejoice in יהוה your Elohim, for He shall give you the Teacher of Righteousness, and cause the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain, as before.
Joe 2:24 and the threshing-floors shall be filled with grain, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.
Joe 2:25 “Then I shall repay you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, and the consuming locust, and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you.
Joe 2:26 “Then you shall eat – eat and be satisfied – and shall praise the Name of יהוה your Elohim, who has done with you so wondrously. And My people shall never be put to shame.
Joe 2:27 “And you shall know that I am in the midst of Yisra’ĕl1, and that I am יהוה your Elohim and there is no one else. And My people shall never be put to shame. Footnote: 1See Isa. 24:23.

Rom 10:6 but the righteousness of belief speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who shall ascend into the heavens?’ ” – that is, to bring Messiah down; or,
Rom 10:7 “ ‘Who shall descend into the abyss?’ ” – that is, to bring Messiah up from the dead.
Rom 10:11 Because the Scripture says, “Whoever puts his trust in Him shall not be put to shame.”
Rom 10:12 because there is no distinction between Yehuḏite and Greek, for the same Master of all is rich to all those calling upon Him.
Rom 10:13 For “everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.”

Col 3:12 Therefore, as chosen ones of Elohim, set-apart and beloved, put on compassion, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, patience,
Col 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other if anyone has a complaint against another, indeed, as Messiah forgave you so also should you.
Col 3:14 But above all these put on love, which is a bond of the perfection.
